Q: Do we need 3D models or CAD files?

Not necessarily, but they’re preferred: from your 3D or CAD models, the product comes out exactly like the real thing and costs less. If you don’t have them, we can generate the models with AI from the photos on your website and the dimensions. We check these against the photos and refine them together with you, but we can’t guarantee every single detail is 100% accurate.

Q: How accurate are the models?

We build every part to its real dimensions and compare the render with the photos from several angles. Models generated with AI from photos carry a discreet “3D model · AI” badge, so visitors know there may be small differences from the real product.

Q: Do we have to change our website?

No. On WooCommerce you install the Tridy plugin, on Shopify the Tridy app, and on any other site you add the script. The configurator appears on your product pages by itself.

Q: Can we put the catalogue on our distributors’ websites too?

Yes. Connect each reseller’s website, on Shopify or WooCommerce, and choose which products it gets and at what price: your price plus or minus a percentage, exceptions per category or a fixed price. Products and the configurator update themselves when you change the catalogue.

Q: Who receives the requests?

You do, by email and in the Tridy dashboard, with everything the customer chose. From the dashboard you build the quote, send it and see when the customer opens it.

Q: Can others download our 3D models?

No. The files are protected and only load on your websites.

Q: What happens if we cancel?

The subscription is monthly, with no minimum term after the first year. You get an export of your requests and quotes.
