The rules for using the tridy.ro website and the free demo.

This is a translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Romanian version shall prevail.

1. Who we are

The tridy.ro website and the Tridy service are operated by IKONIA AGENCY S.R.L. (“we”).

2. Acceptance of the terms

By using the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

3. What the website offers

Tridy.ro presents the Tridy service: 3D product configurators for furniture manufacturers and retailers. The information on the website is for presentation purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. The service is provided solely on the basis of a written offer and a separately concluded contract, whose provisions take precedence over these terms.

4. The free demo

  • The demo is free of charge and does not oblige you to place any order.
  • The 48-hour period runs from receipt of the required materials: the product link or its photographs, together with its dimensions.
  • The demo is intended for evaluating the service. We do not publish it or show it to other persons without your consent.
  • We reserve the right to refuse requests that are incomplete, abusive or that do not concern real products.

5. Materials you send us

By sending photographs, CAD or 3D files, texts or links, you confirm that you have the right to use them for this purpose. You grant us permission to use them solely for creating the demo and, if you become a customer, for providing the service. The rights to your products, photographs and trademarks remain yours. Upon request, we delete the materials received.

6. Accuracy of the 3D models

Models created from your 3D or CAD files reproduce the product at the dimensions contained in the files. Models generated with the help of artificial intelligence, based on photographs and dimensions, are checked and corrected together with you, but may contain minor differences from the real product. We do not guarantee their complete accuracy. Displayed colors may vary depending on the screen used.

7. Store demo

The Store demo page is a simulation of an online store, created to show how the configurator works. The products, prices, cart and order on this page are for demonstration purposes only: nothing is sold and no real order is placed.

8. Intellectual property

The content of the website (texts, graphic elements, animations, 3D models, source code, the Tridy name and logo) belongs to IKONIA AGENCY S.R.L. or its partners and is protected by copyright and industrial property law. Reproducing, distributing or using it for commercial purposes without our written consent is prohibited.

WooCommerce, WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop and the other platform names mentioned on the website are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to indicate compatibility.

9. Permitted use

You may not:

  • access or attempt to access parts of the website or server that are not intended for you;
  • automatically extract content or 3D models from the website;
  • submit false or illegal content or unsolicited messages through the form;
  • disrupt the operation of the website.

10. Liability

We strive to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date and the website running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee this at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the inability to use it. We are not responsible for the content of external websites to which links on tridy.ro point.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall first be settled amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts at the registered office of IKONIA AGENCY S.R.L.

Consumers may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection or alternative dispute resolution entities (ANPC – SAL).

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
